Techne Construction Ltd is managed by Jonathan Page and Carl Palmer.
The company was established recently with the connection of two development backgrounds, and evolved with the building and construction industry; Jonathan has 40 years experience and Carl has 20 years experience.
Jonathon Page
Jonathon has an extensive portfolio comprising of residential housing developments, commercial developments, multi-storey car parks, supermarkets, nursing homes, community halls, renovations and extensions.
His career has included roles with notable companies such as Walter Lawrence & Co, Cygnet Group Contractors, Lovells, Laings, St Francis Developments, Page Building Contractors Ltd.
Jonathan’s professional experience spans various positions including site engineer, managing director and project manager
Carl Palmer
Carl’s previous projects include residential developments, extensions, renovations, groundworks and landscaping, including driveways and patios.
He has worked for prominent companies which include Redrow Homes and Page Building Contractors Ltd.
His career includes working in groundworks, plastering, carpentry and roofing. Carl has worked operating as a project manager and company director.
Our values
The Techne Construction team has grown to include new members who have many years of building and carpentry experience, which helps us to achieve our aim of completing building projects with a high attention to detail, with an emphasis on quality and artistic detail.
